Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Topping:
- Fresh fruit
- Nut butters
- Seeds
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and stir
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes
- Top with toppings and enjoy!
