Become Our Outreach and Engagement Coordinator
$55,000 – $70,000 ANNUAL per year
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Arts Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As the Arts Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging arts programs and events that promote community involvement, collaboration, and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse audiences and foster community participation in the arts
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, performances, exhibitions, and other arts-related events
- Collaborate with community organizations, artists, and stakeholders to promote arts and cultural programs
- Develop and manage budgets for arts programs and events
- Develop marketing and communication materials to promote arts programs and events
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and sponsors
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of arts programs and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, arts management, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in arts outreach and engagement, program development, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination, community engagement, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with budgeting, grant writing, and fundraising for arts programs
- Passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting cultural awareness and diversity
