Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is accepting proposals for the following WHEDA project:
Bayview Townhomes – Madison, WI
Two (2) wood-framed apartment buildings over underground parking structure (25 & 48 units), campus clubhouse, and eight (8) townhomes ranging in size from 6 to 14 units over slab on grade concrete. Project will be constructed in three (3) phases and includes demolition of existing residential structures on site.
We are accepting proposals in ALL trades.
Pre-Bid meeting via conference call is scheduled for
Thursday April 1st, 2021 at 8:00 to 9:00 A.M.
