Elementary Program Manager -Full-Time
The Elementary Program Manager is responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive, licensed program for elementary-age children after school and during the summer with emphasis on academic support and enrichment, community service, health and fitness, and arts programming in alignment with the Lussier Framework.
Hours: Variable schedule of 40 hours per week, typically 10am-6pm; some evening/weekend required
Compensation: $45,000 per year plus health benefits, paid time off, 403b, and life/disability insurance
Elementary Program Coordinator – Full-Time
The Elementary Program Coordinator is both a classroom lead teacher and the offsite supervisor at John Muir Elementary School. This Coordinator interfaces with parents, school staff, and partner organizations and manages administrative aspects of the LCEC’s ElemenTary\ Program.
Hours: Full-time, M-F, generally 10am-6pm with some evening and weekend hours required, 8:30am-4:30pm in summer
Compensation: $36,000 per year plus health benefits, paid time off, 403b, and life/disability

Custodian – Full-Time
The Custodian keeps the building clean, attractive, and welcoming for our community. They assist Center visitors, facility users, volunteers, and program participants with daily operations.
Hours: 40 hr/wk, M-F, 1-9pm (hours may vary)
Compensation: $15.01/hr plus health benefits,paid time off 403b, and life/disability insurance
Elementary Lead Teacher -Part-Time
The Elementary Lead Teacher position helps create and run our comprehensive afterschool and summer camp for elementary age children in grades K-5. Our licensed program emphasizes positive youth development and trauma informed mindset in work with our diverse group of young people.
Hours: 20-22 hr/wk in school year (generally 2-7pm) and 40 hr/wk in summer (8:30am 4:30pm)
Compensation: $15.01/hr plus paid time off and life/disability insurance
Middle School Program Lead -Part-Time
The Middle School After School & Summer Program Lead assists the Youth Programs Manager, Middle School Coordinator, and our AmeriCorps member to create, run, and evaluate middle-school programming for a diverse group of young people. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with young people, offering culturally relevant programming.
Hours: 20-22 hr/wk in school year (generally 2-7pm) and 40 hr/wk in summer (8:30am 4:30pm)
Compensation: $15.01/hr plus paid time off and life/disability insurance
