Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association (WPHCA) is looking for a full time Population Health & Performance Manager in the Madison area. Competitive salary $57,000-$87,000.

Description of Responsibilities: We are looking for a team member interested in using data to transform primary care practice and the quality of care in non-profit Community Health Centers across Wisconsin. WPHCA and WisconsinHealth+ are Wisconsin-based companies, supporting a hybrid work environment. Relocation to the Madison area or southern Wisconsin is preferred.
Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, engineering, business, data science or related field, OR four years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an educational requirement.
Data analysis or analytics experience in health care from either a provider or payer perspective.
Familiarity with data visualization concepts and software tools
An understanding of privacy and security concerns regarding personally identifiable health information and health center sensitivity to data disclosure, as well as a track record of designing solutions that meet privacy and security standards

Project management
Analytical thinking and critical thinking, with an ability to synthesize multiple points of data and information to reach validated conclusions.
