Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is accepting proposals for the following WHEDA project:
Bayview Townhomes Phase II– Madison, WI
Phase II of the Bayview campus project will consist of building demolition of two (2) existing apartment buildings to make way for the construction of an interconnected community center and a 25-unit apartment building along with two (2) standalone townhomes. Townhome buildings are wood frame slab on grade construction with shingled and flat roofs. community center is a wood and steel frame structure connected to a wood framed 25-unit apartment building over precast concrete and underground parking. Phase II construction work will commence in September of 2022 with a twelve-month project duration.
We are accepting proposals in ALL trades.
Pre-Bid meeting via conference call is scheduled for
